Information We Collect
From Colleges and Student Applicants
When a college submits a Campus Drive Registration or a student submits an Individual Student Application through this site, we collect: institution/college name, the contact person’s name and designation (TPO/HOD/Principal), official email address, phone number, preferred drive dates, estimated student volume, and any details the applicant chooses to provide about themselves.
From Selected Field Interns
If you are onboarded as a District Outreach & Exam Operations Intern, we additionally collect the information needed to manage your internship and pay your stipend: your name, phone number, email address, assigned district, and payment details required for stipend and field allowance disbursement. During your fieldwork, the portal also records your check-in/check-out timestamps, GPS location and a verification photo, so that TestSeriesPro can confirm field activity and support your safety.
From Schools You Contact
As part of TNIAC outreach, interns and staff build and maintain a database of schools, which includes school name, address, type, and contact details for Principals, Correspondents and School Coordinators (phone number and, where available, email). This information is sourced from public school directories, school signboards, and direct conversations with school staff, and is used solely to coordinate TNIAC participation.
Student Data for Exam Operations
When a school registers its students for TNIAC, basic student information (name, class/section) is recorded so that exams can be conducted and certificates/medals correctly issued. This data is provided by the participating school or by our field intern on the school’s behalf, and is used only for conducting the examination and distributing results, certificates and medals.

Like most websites, this site uses cookies for basic functionality such as keeping you logged in to the admin/intern areas. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to: evaluate and respond to campus drive and student applications; onboard, manage and pay TNIAC field interns; build and manage the school outreach database; coordinate school and student registrations for TNIAC; organize and conduct TNIAC examinations; process results and distribute certificates and medals; and verify field activity for safety and operational purposes. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
Who We Share Information With
Information is accessible only to authorized TestSeriesPro/TNIAC staff who need it to do their jobs (HR, District Managers, Team Leaders). Once a field intern’s onboarding is approved, their operational data (school and student records they manage) is shared with our sister portal, championship.testseriespro.com, which is the single system of record for ongoing TNIAC field operations. We do not share personal information with any other outside organization except where required by law.
Data of Minors
TNIAC is an academic championship for students in Classes 3 through 12, some of whom are minors. Student information is provided to us by participating schools or by our interns acting on a school’s behalf, strictly for the purpose of conducting the examination and issuing results, certificates and medals. We do not collect student data directly from minors, and we do not use student data for any purpose beyond running the championship.
Data Retention
We retain application, intern and outreach records for as long as needed to run the current TNIAC cycle and to meet reasonable audit, financial and legal record-keeping needs. Records that are no longer needed for these purposes are periodically reviewed and removed.
Data Security
Access to personal information on this site is restricted to authorized staff accounts protected by individual logins. Field interns are trained and required to enter school and student data only into official TestSeriesPro/TNIAC systems, and never into personal spreadsheets, messaging apps or third-party tools.
Your Rights
If you are a college contact, student applicant, field intern, or school representative and would like to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information held by us, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and make corrections or deletions where we are able to, subject to our legitimate operational and legal record-keeping needs.
